Abstract
This whitepaper defines Semantic Integrity for Cognisphere: adaptive experiences may change presentation form but must not silently alter authoritative meaning. It models the chain from canonical source through semantic identity, evidence, governed transformation, claim validation, and provenance binding to integrity state. The paper treats meaning as an invariant under contextual adaptation.
