Abstract
This experience runtime whitepaper defines the canonical pipeline from user input through context, intent, semantic resolution, policy, composition, presentation, and feedback. It formalizes runtime functions that produce governed experience plans rather than unconstrained UI mutations. The paper connects context resolution to adaptive presentation with explicit update semantics.
